Parsons Disc Released
Voces Cantabiles Music is delighted to announce that the new disc of music by Robert Parsons has been released on the Naxos label to great critical acclaim. The disc, featuring Voces Cantabiles conducted by Artistic Director, Barnaby Smith was recommend by Anna Piccard in the Independent on Sunday as being a best Christmas buy. Piccard commented that 'the sopranos soar like summer swallows'. Classics Today gave the disc 9/10, saying 'Bravo to all concerned for at last bringing this excellent composer out of CD-compilation obscurity with such artfulness, thoughtfulness, and care. Highly recommended!'
